Stalls and second-hand objects during the Braderie de Lille

Every year, the Braderie de Lille has its share of surprises for bargain hunters. The 2026 edition was no exception: rare objects, unusual pieces and golden deals were unearthed along the aisles. Here is a selection of the most remarkable finds.

Collector's items and vintage objects

Collectors were spoilt this year. Among the standout finds: a 1950s Wurlitzer jukebox in working condition discovered on Rue de Béthune for 800 euros, a complete collection of first edition Tintin comics found at the Comic Book Fair, and a vintage 1970s Peugeot bicycle in perfect condition for just 120 euros. Vinyl enthusiasts also made exceptional discoveries, with rare jazz and French chanson LPs.

Unusual objects and curiosities

The Braderie is also about the unexpected. One visitor shared his discovery of an old Lille-Flandres station sign dating from the 1930s. Another got his hands on a collection of Old Lille postcards from before the war, a true historical treasure. On Rue Esquermoise, a stall offered neon signs from defunct cinemas, delighting fans of retro decoration.

Fashion and design at bargain prices

The creators' village, a new feature of this edition, revealed young talents from the Nord region. On the vintage side, bargain hunters found pieces of 1980s haute couture at unbeatable prices. Scandinavian furniture from the 1960s remained highly sought-after and was snapped up from Saturday morning, confirming the trends observed in our bargain hunter's guide.
